Our brand new spacious 4-bedroom apartment is situated in the exclusive residential community of Palo Alto, located in the hills above Marbella. The location is very convenient – only 6 km (9 minutes) drive to Marbella centre, 14 km (12 minutes) drive to luxury marina and high-end shopping and restaurants complex of Puerto Banús. La Cañada Shopping Centre, the largest shopping centre on the Costa del Sol, is only 5 km (8 minutes) away. Palo Alto is suitable for families and couples who value the good location, modern design, tranquil spaces and well facilitated gated community. Our guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the Sierra de las Nieves hills and surrounding landscape.
